Description:   The Atlas Zipper Case is a great organizer, whether it is for quilting notions, hand stitching or even make-up. It has 3 zippered pockets and two 'hidden' pockets behind the 3 zipper pockets. It zips closed so nothing will fall out. There will be prep work to be done before class.

Skill Level:   All Levels

Skill, Technique, or Method:  Sewing on vinyl, easy zipper installation, Bag techniques

Pattern Fee:  $14 pattern fee plus sewing supplies

Fabric Requirements:

1 Fat Quarter Main Fabric non-directional

1 Fat Quarter Accent Fabric

½ yd Lining Fabric

½ yd Binding Fabric

18” x 24” Foam Stabilizer or Batting [I prefer Foam Stabilizer because it gives the case structure and not floppy. The foam I love is Soft N Stable by Annie’s.]

10” x 15” vinyl (12 or 16 gauge recommended.) [I prefer Vinyl by Annie’s. I will have some available for purchase so you don’t have to search for it.]

*30” bag Zipper non-metal [Dress and skirt zippers carried by many stores are too small. Bag zippers are wider to make it easier to install and have larger durable teeth]

*(3) 10” Zippers non-metal 2 inches of ¾” (or 1”) Velcro [This is not on the supply list from the pattern]

Finished project size:   8" x10" closed, 16" x 10" open.
