Quilt:   All Things Tote II

(This is just a 3 hour class, on Saturday Afternoon)

 

Description:  Who doesn’t need an everything bag! It is already one of my new favorite bags. There are three sizes. We will make the medium size and it holds 2 - 12”x12” boxes and my large rotating mat. There is so much you can put in this bag

 

Skill Level:  Beginner

 

Skill, Technique, or Method:Bags can be scary. We'll make it not so frightful. Learn about sewing through thicknesses, sewing curves and using binding to hide seam allowances.

 

Pattern Fee:  $12 Pattern 

ByAnnie’s Base Stabilizer is a clear acrylic piece that fits in the bottom of your bag to add support. They are $20 each.

 

Fabric Requirements: 

  • 1 yard main Fabric non-directional

  • 1 yard Lining Fabric

  • ¾ yd Accent Fabric (Binding and Handles)

  • 1 yard Soft and Stable (ByAnnie’s brand is ideal)

  • 1 ½” handle webbing: webbing to cover with fabric or decorative webbing. Amazon does have some nice decorative webbings, so does Emmalinebags.com and SallieTomato.com. Remember to get 1 ½” wide webbing.

 

Finished project size: Small (11” x 14” Wide) Medium (11” x 16” Wide) Large (11” x 18” Wide) All are 8” Deep
