Decades Past by Melissa Correy - Saturday Afternoon 1:30-4:30

Decades Past is a wonderfully whimsical block that has a fun twist on the traditional Granny Square block.  It is Fat Eighth of Fat Quarter Friendly depending on the size quilt you decide to make so it is easy to grab a bundle or pick some fabrics from your stash.   Come learn a fun new way to make the Granny Square centers on point, but no worries, we will trim a bit, so you have a little wiggle room.  You will also learn so great basic building blocks and tips to help you line up your points so your X’s are all perfection.  Whatever size you choose, you are sure to have a finish that is just beautiful!!!  So come sign up, we are going to have a great time!!!

Finished Project Size:  The Decades Past pattern offers 5 sizes.  A baby size measures 44” x 44” and is comprised of 9 blocks.  A lap size measures 58” x 72” and is comprised of 20 blocks.  A picnic size measures 76 1/2” x 76 1/2” and is comprised of 16 blocks.  A twin size measures 76 1/2” x 95” and is comprised of 20 blocks.  A queen size measures 95” x 95” and is comprised of 25 blocks.
